You have a master Web Host control panel (WHM) where you administer all of your clients hosting accounts and they have their own web hosting control panel called cPanel.

Yes. We use r1soft to take regular backups of our data. If you require access to these files there is an extra monthly or annual fee that applies so that you have more control. However in the unlikely event of catastrophic server failure we will have your data backed up.
You can cancel your Reseller Hosting at any time via your Billing Area in line with our Terms and Conditions. No notice is required though and you will not be charged further once you request cancellation.
